Teacher Appreciation Appeal
It’s hard to believe we’re already nearing the close of another fabulous school year for our children, with much of their success being directly attributable to their dynamic teachers. With policies and laws prohibiting individual gift giving, we’ve devised a great alternative way for you to deliver a special “Thank You” to your child’s teacher(s).
The Concord Education Fund’s (CEF) annual Teacher Appreciation Appeal provides a unique opportunity to thank your favorite teachers for their tireless dedication. Now you can make a donation to the CEF in their name and they’ll receive a special acknowledgement card informing them of your family’s thoughtful gift.
Why the Concord Education Fund?
The CEF is an independent, non-profit organization that raises private funds in support of the pursuit of excellence in the Concord Public Schools and Concord-Carlisle High School. Through special grants, the CEF funds the development of creative curricula, programs, and initiatives designed to enhance the learning experience of our students and teachers that are beyond the reach of our schools’ budgets. From engineering, math, robotics and technology to earth science, history, literature and music, the CEF has funded over $2 million in grants that directly benefit our children.
I Want To Thank My Child’s Teacher
Simply click here now and you’ll be taken straight to the CEF website where you can honor your child’s teacher in this wonderful way in just a few quick clicks. You’ll get to include the name of the teacher or staff member at the elementary, middle or high school level you wish to personally recognize with your tax deductible, credit card contribution. Want to honor more than one teacher or staff member? Simply repeat. Please note, we will not be sending a US Mail letter regarding this opportunity, so please act now. If you prefer to donate by check, please mail your check to CEF, PO Box 202, Concord, MA 01742 and include the teacher(s) name, school and grade in an accompanying note.
By honoring your favorite teachers or staff members with a donation in their name, you can help the CEF continue its mission, uniquely thank your child’s teachers and feel good about a gift that will give back to your own family and community in the years ahead.
Thank you in advance for your generous support and for honoring the teachers who have had such a positive impact on your child’s education and development.
Thank you, in advance, for your kind support,
Matthew I. Growney and Andrew Kirkpatrick
